Oh looky here, my first ever piece of Bleach fanart in the history of ever :V Not quite sure if I could call myself a Bleach fan though. Kubo makes some darn good artwork and designs insanely epic characters at the snap of a finger. Alas the horridly slow-paced, stagnant, cliched, pretentious, poorly written story that hardly gets anywhere with nothing but nonstop action and little to no character development kept the series from hardly getting anywhere promising. Leaving it to be a big steaming pile of dung not worth much of my time sitting through that only a clever troll can come up with. I can call Bleach a guilty pleasure of mine I guess

Given that I needed something to watch on Saturdays, even before the return of the glorious Toonami, I tune into Bleach so I can get a weekend anime fix. I thought the Zanpaktou filler arc would be something interesting to look into, so I looked forward to it for a bit. I thought I would like Haineko and was constantly awaiting to see more of the arc until they reach her. And then motherloving Zabimaru, Renji Abarai's Zanpaktou, came in. Soon after the introduction I was like, "Screw that noise hyping up Haineko, these two are AWESOME

The hot chick right there is supposed to be Monkey (Saru) and the redhead shota is simply named Snake (Hebi/Snakey). They have multiple names, so I'm just going by the dub on this one. As you can see, Zabimaru is basically broken up into a monkey and a snake linked to one another by a chain wrapped around her waist latched onto his collar. As episodes progressed, Zabimaru has taken a rather large shine to me. So much that when the filler was finally coming to an end, I said to myself, "I'm gonna miss these two...". That's when I knew I HAD to draw them one of these days.

So there you have it. I'm loving the results, but I wish I could come up with a better background. I might update this picture with an actual background so this looks less generic, buuuut I dunno. We'll see how things go from here
