Yet another request from one of my longtime MUGEN buddies. A request from Kite357 of his S4 League character Naoto SoulRunnaz. I haven't played the game in ages, mostly because it became a pile of broken mess after the Dark Lightning patch. I'm just a lowly Level 28 Semi-Pro while he, on the other hand, is a full on 40+ PRO. I remember I had to have backup to take this guy on, as well as had to fight another side verbally to have him on my team so I don't get my butt kicked. But this was mostly between bros :U
So yeah, mega late request I had to finish up. Sorry for the lack of color. I'm more concerned on finishing up my 4th semester with a bang. I'll be sure to start uploading a bit more often this Summer when I have no life again

Oh I remember S4. I tried to install it on my computer a few years ago (my college roommates forced me to give it a go) and the damn program didn't even want to run. I just said "F this!" and decided that it wasn't worth the trouble. It was too bad cause it looked interesting.
