I've been playing way too much Tenchu clearly.
Too much time playing Tenchu + old ninja OC from a forum roleplay = This
This is actually my final project for illustration class done in color pencil. Because I miss my pencils so much and I haven't used them in such a long time D:

Basically this guy is about to assassinate a corrupt foreign merchant thug and a buyer trading some cash (A dollar? Pfft, hah!) for some sketchy merchandise. Could be a body for all I know, you guys can make something up :U I was exploring ways to tell a story using the foreground, middle-ground, and background. I should do more stuff like that, this was pretty fun

And props to for posing as the ninja for photo reference, as well as 2 other friends of mine who happen to not have a dA account.
